In a recent clinical study, it was demonstrated that incorporating hydrogen (H2) into the dialysate during haemodialysis improves blood pressure control in individuals with end-stage kidney disease. In this study, we investigated the potential beneficial impact of H2 on hypertension using animal models. Rats with 5\/6 nephrectomy were exposed to either H2 (1.3% H2\u2009+\u200921% O2\u2009+\u200977.7% N2) or a control gas mixture (21% O2\u2009+\u200979% N2) for 1 hour daily. The results showed that H2 significantly attenuated the increase in blood pressure following 5\/6 nephrectomy. This anti-hypertensive effect was also evident in rats with established hypertension three weeks post-nephrectomy. Continuous blood pressure monitoring using an implanted telemetry system revealed that H2 exerted its anti-hypertensive effect not only during daytime rest but also during nocturnal activities. Spectral analysis of blood pressure variability indicated that H2 improved autonomic imbalance by suppressing an overly active sympathetic nervous system and enhancing parasympathetic nervous system activity, concurrent with the blood pressure-lowering effect. In conclusion, daily exposure to H2 for 1 hour demonstrated an anti-hypertensive effect in an animal model of hypertension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u8840\u6db2\u900f\u6790\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u542b\u6709\u6c2b\uff08H2\uff09\u7684\u6d17\u814e\u6db2\u80fd\u5920\u6539\u5584\u672b\u671f\u814e\u81df\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u58d3\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u5728\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6aa2\u9a57\u4e86H2\u5c0d\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u6709\u76ca\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8b935\/6\u814e\u5207\u9664\u7684\u5927\u9f20\u5438\u5165H2\uff081.3\uff05H2 + 21\uff05O2 + 77.7\uff05N2\uff09\u6216\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\uff0821\uff05O2 + 79\uff05N2\uff09\u7684\u6c23\u9ad4\u6df7\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u6bcf\u59291\u5c0f\u6642\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0cH2\u660e\u986f\u6291\u5236\u4e865\/6\u814e\u5207\u9664\u5f8c\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u6297\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u4f5c\u7528\u4e5f\u5728\u814e\u5207\u9664\u5f8c3\u9031\u8655\u65bc\u7a69\u5b9a\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u5927\u9f20\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u8a73\u7d30\u7814\u7a76H2\u5c0d\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u690d\u5165\u7684\u9059\u6e2c\u7cfb\u7d71\u9023\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u8840\u58d3\u3002H2\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u767d\u5929\u4f11\u606f\u671f\u9593\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u6297\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5728\u591c\u9593\u6d3b\u52d5\u671f\u9593\u4e5f\u540c\u6a23\u6709\u6548\u3002\u8840\u58d3\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u983b\u8b5c\u5206\u6790\u986f\u793a\uff0cH2\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u81ea\u4e3b\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u5373\u901a\u904e\u6291\u5236\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8e8d\u7684\u4ea4\u611f\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u589e\u5f37\u526f\u4ea4\u611f\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6548\u61c9\u8207\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u6548\u679c\u540c\u6642\u767c\u751f\u3002\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u66b4\u9732\u65bcH2 1\u5c0f\u6642\u5c0d\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u5177\u6709\u6297\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
