The focus on hydrogen&#8217;s application in various diseases, particularly those affecting the renal system, is increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summary: Hydrogen can be administered through inhalation, as a gas or liquid, and orally, intravenously, or locally. It readily penetrates suborganelles like mitochondria and the nucleus through simple diffusion, generating reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inducing DNA damage. Hydrogen selectively scavenges hydroxyl radicals (\u2022OH) and peroxynitrite (ONOO\u2212) while sparing other reactive oxygen radicals with physiological functions, such as superoxide anion (O2\u2212) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Although the regulatory impact of hydrogen on signal transduction pathways has been confirmed, the precise mechanism influencing signal molecules remains unknown. Despite numerous studies exploring therapeutic and preventive effects in cellular and animal experiments, clinical trials are limited and lagging behind. Thus, additional clinical trials are essential to investigate hydrogen&#8217;s role in kidney disease, considering its dose, timing, and form for optimal efficacy. Large-scale randomized controlled clinical trials are imperative before hydrogen can be considered a viable treatment for renal illnesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Messages: This article comprehensively reviews the mechanisms of hydrogen in treating renal diseases and explores its potential applications in clinical practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u80cc\u666f\uff1a \u6c2b\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u5c1a\u672a\u5728\u91ab\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u8868\u660e\u6c2b\u5177\u6709\u591a\u9762\u5411\u7684\u85e5\u7406\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u5982\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u3001\u6297\u708e\u548c\u6297\u51cb\u4ea1\u7279\u6027\u3002\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6c2b\u5728\u5404\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u5f71\u97ff\u814e\u81df\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7e3d\u7d50\uff1a \u6c2b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5438\u5165\uff08\u6c23\u9ad4\u6216\u6db2\u9ad4\u5f62\u5f0f\uff09\u6216\u53e3\u670d\u3001\u975c\u8108\u5167\u6ce8\u5c04\u6216\u5c40\u90e8\u61c9\u7528\u9032\u884c\u7d66\u4e88\u3002\u6c2b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7c21\u55ae\u64f4\u6563\u8fc5\u901f\u9032\u5165\u4e9e\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u5982\u7c92\u7dda\u9ad4\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u6838\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\uff08ROS\uff09\u4e26\u89f8\u767cDNA\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u6c2b\u80fd\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u6e05\u9664\u6c2b\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\uff08\u2022OH\uff09\u548c\u904e\u785d\u57fa\u9178\u9e7d\uff08ONOO\u2212\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u6e05\u9664\u5176\u4ed6\u5177\u6709\u751f\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\uff0c\u5982\u904e\u6c27\u6839\u96e2\u5b50\uff08O2\u2212\uff09\u548c\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\uff08H2O2\uff09\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u6c2b\u5c0d\u4fe1\u865f\u8f49\u5c0e\u9014\u5f91\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u6548\u61c9\u5df2\u7d93\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5c0d\u4fe1\u865f\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u5f71\u97ff\u6a5f\u5236\u4ecd\u672a\u77e5\u66c9\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u8a31\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u52d5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u63a2\u8a0e\u4e86H2\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u548c\u9810\u9632\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u9032\u5c55\u7de9\u6162\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4f86\u63a2\u8a0e\u6c2b\u5728\u814e\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5291\u91cf\u3001\u6642\u9593\u548c\u5f62\u5f0f\u5c0d\u7e3d\u9ad4\u7642\u6548\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5728\u6c2b\u80fd\u5920\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u814e\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5c07\u9700\u8981\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u96a8\u6a5f\u5c0d\u7167\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a \u672c\u6587\u5168\u9762\u8a55\u4f30\u4e86\u6c2b\u6cbb\u7642\u814e\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u63a2\u8a0e\u4e86\u5176\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Link to original article:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9021642\/\" title=\"\">https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9021642\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NIH Library of Medicine PubMed Central Journal List&nbsp; Kidney Dis (Basel)&nbsp; v.8(2); 2022 Mar&nbsp; PMC9021642 Background: Hydrogen, a chemical substance with untapped potential in medicine, has recently emerged as a subject of interest due to its diverse pharmacological effects, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiapoptotic properties.
