Our clinic address is 1150B W El Camino Real Mountain View CA 94040. It is located on the second floor directly above the El Camino Health Urgent Care Center, at the corner of El Camino Real and Shoreline Boulevard. Use the wheelchair accessible entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. There are two parking spaces reserved for HC Wellness at the back of the building, via the second entrance on Shoreline Boulevard. There are also ample on street parking on Shoreline Boulevard and High School Way.
